Yes. Every new client who hasn’t had anti-wrinkle treatment with us before is required to have a consultation. This allows us to assess your goals, review your medical history, and determine suitability for the procedure. Consultations are confidential and designed to help you make a fully informed decision.
This varies depending on the treatment and individual factors such as lifestyle and metabolism:
- Anti-wrinkle injections: 3–4 months
- Dermal fillers: 6–18 months
- Skin boosters: 6–12 months
- Microneedling/chemical peels: Best results are seen after a course of treatments
Your practitioner will explain what to expect during your consultation.
Most of our treatments involve minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or tenderness, which typically resolves within a few hours to a few days. We provide full aftercare instructions to support a smooth recovery.
Discomfort is usually minimal. We use numbing creams and gentle techniques to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or a small pinch.
Some treatments show instant results (like fillers), while others (such as skin boosters or microneedling) develop gradually as your skin rejuvenates over time. Your clinician will outline when to expect visible changes.
In many cases, yes — if you are suitable and comfortable proceeding. However, certain treatments require a cooling-off period or medical review first. Your clinician will advise you on the day.
Most adults can safely have aesthetic treatments; however, they may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. A thorough consultation will determine if treatment is appropriate for you.
