You may experience redness, tenderness and swelling in the treated areas immediately after your treatment, bruising may also occur however should resolve within the next 5-7 days.
Post-treatment there may be some tenderness and redness this is very normal and will subside, usually within a few days.
Avoid high-intensity exercise immediately following treatment for 24 hours
Avoid touching/rubbing areas injected
Avoid heavy alcohol consumption on the same day
Avoid hot environments on the same day (Sauna/Steam rooms/Hot bath)
Avoid anti-inflammatory painkillers for 24 hours
Avoid active cosmeceutical products (AHAs, retinols, vitamin C) for 24 hours
Avoid facials, waxing, chemical peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion, IPL or laser treatments for 2 weeks post treatment
Keep hydrated with water especially for the first 24 hours
